This guy is insanely hard to get a hold of get ready to be sent to voicemail and get your texts ignored for up to a week and sometimes more. Got several cars tinted with Lonnie no issues. Took my Cadillac in, everything was fine until a week after the film started peeling off…called him he said to home out drove 30 miles towards his shop. He used a black sharpie to fill in the spot where is was visible… I thought he was trying to mark something but to this day that sharpie is still visible and it’s been over a year now….after the second appointment that he supposedly “fixed it” it still started making noises like its peeling when you put the window down. I tried calling him about 40 times over a duration of several months and leaving messages but no response. Meanwhile he was still taking in customers that I personally know. I will no longer support his business Or his lack of worth ethic.

I saw a review stating not to bother with this place due to unreliability of the owner…I should’ve listened, but instead I gave it a shot based on the few positive reviews there are. I called the business, got ahold of them on the first try, scheduled an appointment to get my car windows tinted for today at 10am (less than 1 week from the day I called). I thought, this place must not be that bad? I showed up at 10am, with my 1 year old, (no other choice). First thing I notice is this place literally looks like a junk yard, there’s no direct path as to where you’re supposed to knock (trailer house? Door on shop?) neither of which have a welcome sign or any direction of sorts, nor a decent path to actually get to them! Anyways, so I knock on both, twice, no answer. There are dogs who go ballistic inside, however. I tried calling the business number and it doesn’t even ring, just goes straight to voicemail (which is full, so I can’t leave one), at this point I can’t begin to imagine why that would be… Needless to say it was a waste of my time and hugely aggravating experience! I literally called 12 times before I left, eventually it started actually ringing until going to voicemail, b

Don’t bother with this place. I showed up for my appointment and no one answered the door and then a friend showed up and called the owner for me and the owner said he was in Wilbur (an hour and 15 min away) I drove and hour and half one way for nothing. Wanted me to wait till 6 but that would have been waiting 3 hours so I left and will take my business somewhere where I know they’ll be there to do a quality job on time.
